During this workshop you will learn the art of paper crafting while engaging in conversation about stress reduction. You will learn a powerful technique to help you be present in the moment, relieve stress and improve focus as you personalize a shadow box that serves as a reminder to be present and focused on your journey.
Crafting with Intent classes are for all adult women and offered the 3rd Saturday of each month at 3pm, in the Houston classroom. Childcare is not provided.
**This class if for adult women only. Due to the very hot and sharp crafting items and tools that are used in this class we would ask that childcare be arranged before you come to this class. Thank you very much.
